I need everyones assistance.

I am looking for information, studies, reports, or articles on the maximum
number of reflows a TSOP component can handle using a forced air convection
oven for Sn63 Pb37 solder.

Some say that the industry standard is 3 reflows, and some say 2.

I need data to back up this claim either way.

Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks,
Kathy Palumbo
