Ken: You may want to condider an inline on demand water heater/flash
heater. At the low volumes you are using it should work well. We have used these
for various applications using DI water, typically 6 megohm or less. Chromalox
Inc. makes a nice unit out of SS that is resistant to corrosive liquids.
