This is the Holy Grail for all SM, underfill, moulding compounds, etc.
suppliers. Unfortunately, to make epoxies at a reasonable price requires the
use of epichlorohydrin. This reaction will leave free chlorides, in addition
to hydrolyzable chlorides. We do obtain some reasoably "clean" epoxy resins
from Ciba and from Japan. However, these still require additional clean-up for
use in most of our specialty applications.

So to answer your question - besides Ciba and our proprietary japanese source
we have not found any.
