pigment used in the currency of more than 40 countries. Flex's co-owner and
largest customer is SICPA Holding, one of the largest global makers of
printing inks. OCLI has manufacturing facilities in California and in
Germany, Japan, and Scotland. Nearly half of its sales are outside the
