Try UK company Datum Dynamics based Cumnock, Scotland (
http://www.datumdynamics.com).  They also have US manufacturing/design
facility in Rhode Island. We use them for design and manufacture of all our
print, place, flow and press fixturing requirements from board data (gerber
& drill files). They have excellent technical capability and know PCA
inside out. Laminated Durastone CHP760 material supplied by Datum has all
the required thermal and mechanical properties and there turnround better
than average.
