I have had problems reading in PADS PowerPCB generated positive drawn planes into CAM350. I have not been
able to resolve the problem except to use RS274-D format on the files that have the problem. Try messing
with the arc interpolation setting (set to quadrant) if possible. This worked with a VeriBest problem I had
in the past.
