Donna,

First, Call Arlon and ask them to give you a listing of their top 10 users
of 25N. There are 10 sources.

We did not choose to use Arlon 25N in some recent designs, but rather used
Rogers 4003. The advantage of a 25N construction is the availability of 25N
prepreg. This results in a homogenious construction. During the initial
design phase some time ago, 25N was pretty new. There were few suppliers
comfortable with it. There are only few supplers competent in the '4003 /
odd prepreg' constructions which we finally settled on.

I am not sure how the same designs would come out if they were designed
today, but we sure are having 'fun' with the ones we got!

If you want to discuss your application, we should do that off-net.

More questions that could be directed to the TechNet, but I am a pcb
designer and prefer this forum.

Perhaps some one of you has called for ARLON 25N material in your
designs. I am interested in as much information on it as possible.
Much theory and no practical experience seems to be all I have gotten
from my inquiries with other sources. Sales people always say "Oh, yes!
We have used/can do....." and then, with further questioning it is
discovered that the shop really has never ACTUALLY used the particular
material, but "of course, we can handle it". Well, I need an EXPERT
fast!!

Thanks for all your past help and especially for any help on this one.
Donna
