There is a contract PCB design Bureau in Australia using Visula.  The

If you speak with Mr David Muscat you will find him very helpful and very
experienced with some 20 years in the industry.
Our understanding is that they are very good and charge reasonable rates. I
recommend that you call them if you have any contract work requirements.
