The third character of MIL-S-13949 (which was MIL-P-13949) refers to the
"special consideration, "G" being "For natural color of resin system F
(second character) with a glass transition temperature between 150
degrees C and 200 degrees C and which is formulated entirely of epoxy
resin(s) either modified or unmodified for high temperature integrety
and wide operational latitude.".

Note that MIL-S-13949 has been superseeded by IPC-4101.
