Dear members and colleagues,

  At our last core meeting  on 10/14/98 Ray Aguilar was appointed as the
new President of the San Diego Chapter of the IPC Designers Council.
I am confident Ray has the open, friendly, honest, and dependable
character which will allow our chapter to continue it's phenomenal
growth.  Ray's experience as the President of a local users group
will also prove to be a valuable asset to our chapter.

  I know you will support him in current and future activities as well as
you have support me.  There is still much to be accomplish from the
Designers Council here in San Diego and I believe that Mr. Aguilar
possesses that commitment to excellence which will carry our
chapter of the IPC Designer Council through the upcoming year.

Please welcome Ray as our new President.
