The polygon issue can be tested very easily. Does Gerber plot this allege
illegal polygons.

If Gerber plots it the CAM software has a wrong error message, if Gerber
does not the CAM software is right.
It is not a definition problem or other esoteric stuff. Sometimes it is
important to get down the  problem and away from philosophies.
