The IPC has just started an effort to fill in the gaps in this area. The
committee consists of a numbe rof experts whom have individually done research
in this area. We had a teleconference to outline the project and will be
meeting during the IPC/SMTA Assembly Expo at the end of the month.

In the meantime, Doug Brooks has a calculator that you may download from his
