Talk about a loaded question!
What I would like is some idea how I can tell what "version" of a footprint is
used on a particular board. We've made changes over the years and
sometimes it's so minor you can't see the difference readily. I've considered
adding a "rev level" to the component name. Is there anyone else out there
who's encountered this problem and if so, how do you deal with it?
Happy Monday!
[P.S. On a personal note - I became an aunt again at 9:30 this morning. Zoe
Lee (or Zoe Alexandra) is happy and healthy and screaming her little lungs out
already. Just like her "Aunt Do" <sniff, sniff>. :-) ]
