     What we did in a previous incarnation is to use one of the
several
     commercial DFM guides available as the basis. Then we wrote an
     exception document to supplement it. It makes life much easier
than
     writing the whole thing yourself.

We are trying to write a Design for Manufacturability assembly and
test
specification and were wondering if anyone out there that has been
