You can contact McGraw-Hill at 1-800-822-8158 and request a catalog of
engineering books which you can choose from.  They have a couple of
catalogs, General Engineering and Electrical Engineering which contain the
titles of books which could help.  I've purchased a couple of books from
them and found them useful.  Printed Circuits Design by Gerald L Ginsberg,
and Design Guidelines For Surface Mount Technology by John E. Traister.
Both of these books are getting old now and they may have some updated
versions.  Also, IPC offers a lot of education materials, videos and
seminars, you might want to check all of the resources available from them.
 You can also learn a lot just by studying the IPC Standards.
