My first concern would be as to whether there was
delamination present on the boards which appear to
be good.  Since the boards are 10 layers there may
be delamination on one of the internal layers which
cannot be seen with visual examination.

That would mean sacrificing one assembly to multiple
microsections - all hole sizes all over the board.

If you find no more delamination, then you could consider
the use environment of the boards.  If they are going to
be in a benign environment - office type, then you would
feel pretty confident that they will survive.  IF THEY ARE
going to be in any environment which sees extreme
temperature cycles, the confidence level would drop
severely,
