Talk to your VENDOR!!
If you make them part of the team they will perform.
Also they can tell you what they can do (capability wise).
I have found that when changing or adding technologies the best experts
are the folks I am expecting to do the work.

Now for the soapbox (my apologies to those who don't have the time to
read this).
We seem to try and live in our own worlds (for design questions we ask
designers, etc.) all to often it is the outsiders who should be helping
us to improve our designs. Talk to your Vendors (Fabricators,
Assemblers, Test Labs, etc.) make them part of your team. In the long
run you will improve your design , your knowledge, and your standings
with the big bosses. Enough said!
See you all next time.
