I want to thank each and every one of you who responded to my
inquiry.  Especially Frank Kimmey!  He says he's going to drag me
into the 19th century.  I told him I'm game and I'm gonna drag my
boss with me, kicking and screaming!

The greatest thing I've picked up from Designer Council (and
TechNet) is that I can at least participate in alot of the
conversations around here instead of just sitting there nodding my
head like one of those dog toys that you see on the rear deck of a
'68 Impala.  Yeah, you all know the ones I'm talking about.  I've
been able to understand more and more of the conversations that go on
around here and have even raised a few important issues.  Like why
our vendors don't/can't supply us with information on their
manufacturing capabilities.  Heaven forbid we might actually hold
them to their boasts!

Please, please keep the questions and answers coming.  Not all of us
are complete techno-wizards/board heads/nerds/whatevers.  I'm trying
though.  Who'd have thought it would pay to become a nerd?!  If I'd
know this in high school I'd have learned how to use a slide rule and
carried my pens in a plastic pocket protector.  Oh well, hindsight is
20/20.  And if I'm anything - it's myopic!    8-)

I hope everyone's weekend goes well.  I'm going to learn how to
install a new graphics card in our computer at home.  Just call
me "Nerd Girl".
