Sir/Madam,
I would like to know if in using signal planes, must I place a fill
first before doing a polygon plane or vice versa. Sometimes I
encountered a problem regarding proper shaping of the created
polygon. I would also like to know if you are enabling a ground or
signal plane at the same time your enabling your top or bottom layer
(I am referring to Protel PCB 1.5). Any information can help me a
Lot !!!! Thanks...

Jay
