Yes and no depending upon how you look at it.

Not knowing too much other than what you've posted here,
I'm making the assumption that this trace carries primary
line voltage and that its an external trace.

Using UL-1950, 3rd Edition (again making another assumption)
the 1,000V HIPOT test reads off of page 125, Table 18 that
the maximum working voltage is somewhere below 184V PEAK or DC.

Using this guess in the same standard but on page 77,
Table 6 for Minimum Creepage Distances is difficult
because the limits are RMS (not peak) or DC.

I'm going to assume DC. So if the max is 184VDC,
the break point on Table 6 is 200 VDC. Assuming Pollution Degree 2
and the worst material 100<= CTI <= 175 means this trace should have
a minimum seperation to chassis (ground) of 2.0 mm or approx 80 mils.
and a minimum seperation to any secondary circuits of 4.0 mm. or
approx 160 mils.

This is if a UL test engineer is to look at this circuit for
creepage. Again, I'm assuming alot here so I'd have to know
more info. IPC-D-275 will give you a whole different set of
numbers if the UL guy (or gal) isn't looking at the circuit
for measurements.
