I just talked with a fellow designer. He directed me to the ViewLogic
Tech Support Web page for the correct patch. It is named "partlist.zip"
and may be downloaded from:

http://www.viewlogic.com/support/WVOffice/74patch.html

There are other patches out there as well for 7.4, so you will do well
to Bookmark that site, folks!
