I think in this situation you need to make sure of one more parameter;
temperature rise. Keep in mind that the temperature curves are not the
actual temperature, its the temperature ABOVE AMBIENT. So, you may need
to be using a 10 or 20 degree curve, which requires a fatter trace.
My software says something more like 220-250 mils if the copper is on an
external layer. For internal, you would need much more. You made need to
run duplicate traces on different layers to get enough copper.
