If you need a copy of the applicable pages of IPC-D-275, let me know. I
can fax them to you, David. You might also check with your PCB
fabricator and inquire whether they have the gerber data available which
can be applied in the panelization process. Allowing the vendor to take
the responsibility can give the option of distributing each different
coupon more efficiently than if you provided a single strip. By the way,
there are thirteen possible coupons, depending on your application and
the technology used on your board. There is no single coupon set, either
as the layer usage and quantity of planes and signal layers must be
reflected in your coupons.
