We are also using a UV cure adhesive.  Dymax sells a two pedal system which
lets you apply the adhesive by air-syringe and then the other side of the
pedal operates the fiberoptic light to cure it, all mounted in one wand.


There are many different adhesives to pick from, but the properties in
Jims' email below are desirable.  Faster cure times are possible depending
on the bondline and application.

This seems to be the best way to connect teflon type insulations to FR4, as
TakPaK will lift during thermal cycling
