Hi Technetters:
I am looking for a prepreg which can be laminated to 0.002' thickness and
the resultant can withstand 10 cycles of 2 hours temperature soak at 200C.
I wonder if high Tg epoxy material can withstand the condition. If so, what
is the laminate Tg range I have to look for. If epoxy can not meet the
requirement, please advise me the right material to use.
Thanks in advance.
