	I've often thought we should be supplying this artwork, in
	the interest of completeness.  Question is, what size should
	this image carry?  The finished hole size?  Same as outer
	layer pad?  Not a concern, it'll get tweaked in CAM (just
	like not getting the image at all, eh)?

	Can there be a concencus?  If so, we'll try to implement it.
