Wires are silver plated, stranded, copper, 19 strands, 22/24 AWG. Solder
will be SN63/37, (open to change). The environment will be in temperatures
from - 50 degree C to 80 degrees C. The assembly will be under constant
vibration for 8 to 24 hours per day.

Regarding soldering. You have given us 1/2 the equation, what are the wires
made of and what is the make-up of the solder? In a former life I had some
success soldering regular silver-plated stranded copper wire to stainless
steel pins (helment mounted earphones and amplifier assemblies in oxygen
masks) with common 63/37 solder by using Hughes 1189 (lemon juice) now
