     not only explain plating but also just about every aspect you can 
     think of relating to PCB manufacturing.  It's available from McGraw

I am a graduate student working with sequential built-up pcb 
technology. We have a plating line in our lab. I want some 
publications (e.g. a handbook) related to copper plating (electro) at 
hand.
Does anyone there have any information about this?
