| I forgot to mention one last thing in |
| my last email. Ya' might wanna' check |
| to see if your operators are cleaning |
| the mis-dispensed PCB's properly. I've|
| had the same problem before 'cause the|
| the operators were just using a paper |
| towel to wipe the epoxy off the PCB |
| instead of cleaning it good with a |
| solvent like alcohol. You might not |
| see any epoxy on the pads, but there |
| could be enough of a film to prevent |
| the solder from wetting...... |
