Hello,

Is there any standards regulating the maximum allowed solder joint temperature during operation?
Is there a temperature upper limit when you come into real trouble from a solder joint
reliability aspect?

We are discussing a temperature around +90 degree C for a short period( one hour) perhaps three
times a day, low temperature +35 to 40 degrees C.
