J-STD-001B is undergoing some rewrites to streamline appendix D (flux 
control) based on comments received during the interim final circulation. 
The appendix will be recirculated later this month, with ballots due 30 
days hence. Provided consensus is reched, we will then publish the document.
Copies will be available from IPC's order dept., ext. 348.
