One area of big use of silver inks is membrane switch or keyboard manufacture. 
In the UK, the sources are Acheson, DuPont, Grace. Kester have also released 
some ink chemistries, I think under the name or Ormet(?). I have some contact 
details if you need them (e-mail or call me direct).

But beware, there are pitfalls in what you want to do - and don't expect to be 
able to solder to it! What about the silver / tin/lead interface, and 
what happens to this after environmental cycling - are you going to 
maintain good electrical conductivity?

There are other options. Some companies can provide a very thin custom "patch" 
circuit, which is bonded to the surface on the pcb.
