Technetters:
We have been using a 196 pin plastic QFP for some
time now, but are in the process of replacing that
package with a MQUAD 196pin package. I know that
the MQUAD (Olin/Alphatec) package has been out
there for quite some time now.
However, I am wondering if there are any manufacturabilty
issues that we should be aware of with the MQUAD package.
Thank you
