The IPC has an SMT Assembly Benckmark Artwork/Boards identified as
IPC-A-28/IPC-B-28. This board was co-developed by the IPC Designers Council
and SMEMA. The test vehicle measures 20 x 28 cm. Eight 50 sq.mm zones have
been duplicated to fill the vehicle's 20 zone locations. The component
patterns run the gamut from chip components to SOIC; from PLCC to flat
packs. The artwork includes two circuitry layers and two soldermask layers.
Customization of the artwork is possible.

Check with the IPC for pricing.
