An excellent applications note on soldering  and related
 subject can be found in a document released by :
  Phillips Components. titled: 
  "Ceramic Multilayer Chip Capacitors (CMC)
    Under Application Conditions"

  Follow the recommendation and avoid placing the capacitors close
  to boards edge and detachment lines and  you are on the right 
  track.
