TechNet,

I have a request from a PCB End-User, who is designing a PCB which will run at a
continuous operating temperature of 130 deg C.
His question, what is the expected effects on the PCB; Plated through holes,
Laminate etc. by running at this temperature?
Any reliability information ?
Will standard FR4 materials survive, higher Tg Epoxy, BT.
If possible he would like to stay with Epoxy system.

Thanks in advance
Fred.
