Hello,
I am investigating conductive adhesives as solder replacements for new
designs or as retrofits to old designs.
- Has anybody out there tried this?
- What problems have been encountered?
- Please recommend material suppliers.
- Is there a published workmanship criteria?
- Are there standard test methods?
Any help the IPC community could offer would be most appreciated.
