This isn’t the San Jose Mercury News want ad section.
This is (or was) a great forum for technical information, now it's turning
into a editorial opinion forum. The best opportunities can be found by
networking with your peers. My vote is for a separate BULLetin board for
those who wish to change jobs.
PS- Do you read the classified want ad's on your company's time also? While
you are reading some want ad, your competitor is stealing your business.
