Has anyone within IPC, or anywhere else for that matter, know of a spec listed 
IPC-SF-818-L3NC. I believe that it is to do with wave solder flux or PWB 
fabrication HASL fluxes.

We at GenRad are supposed to apply this spec to our PWB's. Can anyone help?
