IPC is not actively planning anything to replace these documents.  IPC 
has had replacement documents available for over 10 years.  These 
documents are IPC-D-275 which has already replaced MIL-STD-275, and 
IPC-RB-276 which is a perfectly adequate replacement for MIL-P-55110.

What is being considered right now is whether anything necessary to 
replace the associated QPL for 55110.
