We at LANmark have experienced major problems with our product which 
has been traced to our use of the "Shadow" process supplied by 
Electrochemicals. We don't feel that we are being told everything about our 
problem(s) from the supplier. We would welcome any help we can get on this 
problem, and in exchange we may be able to help others by sharing what we
