Most UV curable structural adhesives for wire tacking are acrylic based, and
will primarily cure with long wave UV. Lamps should then be specified to give
peak output at 365nm, to match the usual photoiniator chemistry. The short
waves (280nm) are usually associated with UV ink "driers", and are much more
dangerous, have no cure depth and are generally not desirable for adhesive
curing. It may be better to specify a wire tacking adhesive to cure with long
wave only.

Dymax of Torrington, Ct, are a goor supplier of lamps and adhesives for this
application.
