SUBJECT: TechCon '95

Dear Colleague:

The theme for this years conference will be "GREEN PROCESSING AND COST
REDUCTION".  There will be a comprehensive two day technical program,
featuring 18 presentations focused on all phases of PCB Manufacturing,
addressed by leading technical experts in both the Printed Circuit and
related industries.  A variety of suppliers will be present to exhibit their
latest products and services, with representatives on hand during both days
to discuss your needs and concerns.

The North East Circuits Association has established itself as an educational
leader, providing a forum for discussion of the most up-to-date technical,
economic, and environmental changes affecting the Printed Circuit Industry.

Building upon the success of past technical conferences, TechCon '95 promises
to be the premier event for the PCB Industry within New England.  We
encourage that you sign up early to guarantee a reservation for the technical
conference.  Please use the enclosed packet for information on the technical
conference programs and registration.  Please direct your completed
