Barry,

The A-610B does have some new sections on cable ties, but we do not get 
into cable or wire harnessing besides that.

You could contact the Wiring Harness Manufacturers Association (WHMA) at 
(708) 255-3003. They are a fairly new organization, and do not have any 
standards like the A-610 yet, but I know they are working on them. They 
may be able to help.
