Hi All,

We're quoting some work that have notes on the drawing that I don't know
exactly what these mean, and I'm trying to look them up, but I'm not having
much luck

1. Test per ASML Document GSA 01-5540 Type PT1
2. Clean per ASML Document GSA 07-4320 Grade 4 surface cleanliness
3. Package per ASML Document GSA 05-0111

I have no idea what these notes entail. Do any of you know?
