Steve:

I'm not sure of the capability of a MY-19 machine, but is there a blow-off adjustment that will help remove the part from the nozzle at placement? If so, can you increase this value when placing the LED?

Subject: EXTERNAL: [TN] Cree Blue LED (PN# CLM3A-BKW-CTBVA463) Sticking to Nozzle...

Hi All,

We have these Cree Blue LED's (PN# CLM3A-BKW-CTBVA463) that keep sticking to the $%$#&@ pick and place nozzle. We have a MY-19 and have tried changing timing, nozzle diameters with no luck. We place an amber LED of the same series that we have no problems with except for one or two once in a while.

I've tried dabbing a little Freecote mold release compound on the tip of the nozzle, and now I'm putting the reel into a 170F oven to see if baking them for a couple hours will help.

Does anybody have any other ideas that might help?
