second pair of eyes is essential.  a coach in the ball game can pin  
point many short comings when the elite player fail to notice IMHO.   
(most likely, the elite just too much enjoy their master piece in the  
mirror ;-).  - just ask any QA that have inspected repair work longer  
than 3 yrs)
