ITRS -international technology roadmap of semi usually have the  
forecast (in order to get whole industry align from equipment to  
materials).  You might be able to find it 2016 - the last version of  
ITRS if my memory serve me right.  (after that, it changed to device  
and system roadmap by IEEE).
