My understanding is you really can't clean under certain parts like QFNs and
this probably applies to under the BGAs.

I think you need to use a no clean flux because you will never be able to
clean those tented vias under a BGA.

I would love to be told otherwise.

Say techies
Do  any of you have a solution for washing vented BGAs? 
We have one site which allows the aqueous wash solution to enter the package
through the vents and another site which plugs the vents with silicone. 
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
