Victor:  The IPC-1066 was superseded by a joint IPC/JEDEC J-STD-609 standard in July 2007, approximately 
2 1/2 years after the release of the IPC-1066 in January 2005.  
The J-STD-609 has since been revised twice to the most current B revision, effective October 2016.
